5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services already delivered or partially delivered.

• A genuine error was made on our side

• A written mutual agreement approves the refund

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Submit required content (e.g., text, images) on time

• Respond to communication promptly

• Review drafts and provide feedback

Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the project timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables are transferred to the client once payment is completed.

• We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

• All draft materials, internal documents, and tools remain our intellectual property.

8. Marketing Agents & Partners

If you work with our marketing agents:

• Agents are independent and earn commissions per successful client

• All payments and contracts are handled directly by KeMav Tech Solutions

• We are responsible for final approvals, pricing, and service delivery

Agents may not misrepresent our company or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses caused by misuse of the website

• Business losses resulting from downtime or external attacks

• Third-party service failures (hosting providers, plugins, APIs)

We always strive to maintain security and functionality, but no system is 100% risk-free.
